Baily goes home
DAGWOOD GOES HOME TO NY! THIS WAS A HARD
ONE!!!!
Hi Doreen,
Just a note to let you know Dagwood is doing
fine. He took the ride home on my lap. When
we got home he would not leave my side. Then
he spied Rosie ! It was love at first sight
! LOL He fit right in with our little family.
Rosie is overjoyed now that she has someone
her size to ruff house with! She has the
advantage now over our Mastiff! Even Daisy
(mastiff) is smitten with him. The cat on
the other hand is saying "Oh No not
another one" and enjoying the view from
the top of the sofa. Got him to eat by hand
after I bought the food you used. My husband
says he is spoiled already! Housebraking
is now the priority - he has taken to mark
everything as his including my husbands boots!
LOL Will keep in touch. Thanks for everything.
Debbie
RASCAL GOES HOME
Hi Doreen,
Baily is settling in nicely, and getting
to know his new feline brothers. He has really
made a place for himself in our family. He
gets more visitors and phone calls in a week
than I do in a year.

Gretchen has decided on a new methodology
for bathing.
Either that or she is wondering where all
the nice drippy food dishes are?

Hi Doreen,
Max is 6 months now and weighs 16 pounds.
He is a wonderful addition to our family.
Thank you for breeding such beautiful dachshunds.

Dagmar and Lani go home with Gretchen &
Lisa.This was a hard one!!!

Hi Doreen,
Well, all doggies made it to their respective
homes fine. Lani loves
her new crate and has been sitting on the
sofa next to her new Mommy
(and staring at her) all night. Dagmar on
the other hand barked her
first bark....yes, I seem to attract the
feisty ones. A quicktime
movie of Gretchen and Dagmar playing and
a few pics.
Will keep you posted.
I will take some pics of Lani in her new
home soon. Right now I have
my hands full! I don't know how you do it!
Hi Doreen, just wanted to give an update
on Gabi. She got her first vet check 3 weeks
ago. She weighed 2.3 pounds. They thought
she was a little thin. I think she's just
fine. Today she went and she is 3.6 pounds.
She has grown a lot in length, so cute. They
still think she is a little thin. I still
think she feels just fine. I am feeding her
3 times a day. They want me to feed her 4
times. We'll see how that goes.
I can't get a good picture to show her length
so I'm just sending a cute one. We are enjoying
her so much. Such a baby doll. All is good.

Hi Doreen,
Today is Beckham's first birthday so I wanted
to update you on our newest family members.
Beckham (in the brown harness) is from Ginger
and Hunter's litter. Rooney (in the red harness)
will turn one on June 30 and is from Hunter
and Sadie Bug's litter. The two brothers
are best friends- they love to fight and
then a minute later will fall asleep on each
other! The attached picture ran in our local
newspaper on Easter Sunday. True to their
names, they love soccer games and soccer
practice. They truly are part of the family.
Thank you for bringing us all together!

Doreen,
I stopped by mom's on the way home tonite
and took a few snaps of
Lani! She follows my mom all over and gave
me a big "bark" when I
tried to enter the apartment! She is so calm,
and she she is a good
good girl. Her eyes get camera glow, so they
aren't the best---but I
thought you'd like to see them.
Also, mom wondered how many times a day you
fed her, and if it was a
schedule, or open feeding?
I'll send you a few others of Dagmar and
Gretchen in a separate mail.
